What you are buying

TaxFreeTrusts provides education and document drafts. The current offers are a will draft at $79, a living trust draft at $349, and a counsel desk at $790, paid through Stripe Payment Links. A draft is a document you print and finish. It is not a court filing we make for you. These pages are not legal or tax advice, and using the site does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Counsel desk

The counsel desk is an attorney introduction. We do not appear in court. We do not give legal advice. Paying $790 does not, by itself, hire a lawyer. Representation begins only if a lawyer accepts the matter, and the lawyer sets the terms of any engagement.

Your part

Give accurate names, relationships, and descriptions of what you own. Read the draft before you sign it. Sign with the witnesses or notary your state requires. A draft left unsigned is not an executed will or trust. If you use a living trust, fund it. That can include a deed for the house and payable on death designations on the accounts you mean to include. Do not use a draft to hide income or file a false return.

Payments and refunds

You pay the price shown on the site. Stripe charges the card on its own form. If you need to cancel, email plan@taxfreetrusts.com before the draft is delivered. Once a draft has been delivered, the purchase is generally not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. We do not promise a tax result, a probate result, or that a court will honor a document signed the wrong way.

Prohibited uses

Do not use the site or a draft to hide income, evade tax, mislead a court or a beneficiary, or impersonate someone. Do not present these drafts as if a lawyer prepared them for your facts. Do not copy the site and hold it out as your own service. Do not interfere with the site.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the site or a draft, including probate cost, tax, family dispute, or a document that was never signed or funded correctly. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, except where the law does not allow that cap. Where the law does not allow a limit, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. Questions go to plan@taxfreetrusts.com.
