Your planner answers
The planner runs in your browser. Names, the state you choose, and notes you type stay in that tab so a draft can print. This site does not send that form to a server. Closing the tab drops them, unless you email them or add them on Stripe.
Payments
Will ($79), living trust ($349), and counsel desk ($790) are charged on Stripe Payment Links. You enter the card on Stripe's form, not ours. This site does not store full card numbers. Stripe may share the name, email, and amount needed to deliver the order. Stripe's privacy policy governs what Stripe collects.
If you write to plan@taxfreetrusts.com, we receive your address, your message, and any files you attach. We keep the thread so we can answer you.
Hosting
Cloudflare serves this site and keeps ordinary request logs, such as IP address, browser, page, and time. Typefaces are files on this site. Your browser does not contact a separate font host to read these pages.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver a draft, reply to support, and keep the site running. We do not use it to build an advertising profile. This site runs no ads and no affiliate links.
Who we share it with
Stripe processes payments. Cloudflare hosts the site. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context advertising. We share it if the law requires, for example a valid legal demand.
Cookies and analytics
We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not follow you across sites. It records the page, referrer, browser type and country, in aggregate. The site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use pages, through heatmaps and session recordings with typed text masked. Clarity sets cookies. Microsoft processes the data under its privacy statement (https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement).
Requests to know, delete, or correct
If the law where you live gives you a right to know, delete, or correct personal information, or to opt out of a sale or sharing, email plan@taxfreetrusts.com. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will confirm the request is yours and respond as the law requires. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
The site is for adults making an estate plan. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. A parent may type a child's name into the planner. That text stays in the browser unless the parent sends it to us.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Card numbers stay with Stripe. Email and hosting logs are not a vault.
Changes
If this policy changes, we post the new version on this page and change the date above.
