Who writes this
TaxFreeTrusts is the byline on every guide. The desk drafts the packets and writes the explanations.
Dollar figures in the guides are copied from the statute, IRS page, or court site linked on the page.
What the desk does
Five questions become a packet you print, sign, and fund.
The common case is a home, some accounts, children, and maybe a shop or a farm. When a matter is larger than the packet, the desk introduces you to an attorney.
The method
The planner recommends one packet by a fixed rule, you pay the posted price, then you print, sign, and fund.
- You answer the planner: who the plan is for, what moves, and who runs it.
- A large life policy or a business that may grow, with a net worth band of $5M or more, points to counsel. Every other answer points to the living trust. The will is always offered.
- You pay the posted price on a Stripe Payment Link.
- You print the packet, sign it using your state's formalities, and fund the trust from the funding list.
The offer
Three prices, each paid once.
The pages carry the prices, the planner, and the guides.
